“I’m Alan Catello Grazioso, an executive producer and storyteller working across documentary film, podcasts, children’s media, and education. At Harvard Radcliffe Institute and through independent projects, I collaborate with researchers, educators, and creative teams to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories.
My curiosity started early. At seven, I was interviewing my brother with a handheld recorder, inspired by *National Geographic* and Jacques Cousteau. I wanted to understand people and explore worlds beyond my own. That curiosity has never really left me. It still shapes the questions I ask, the teams I lead, and the stories I want to tell.
Today, I develop original content, experiment with AI-assisted creative tools, help improve production systems, and lead workshops that explore how AI can support creativity and learning while keeping people firmly in the driver’s seat.
I’m fascinated by where storytelling, technology, education, and human curiosity are all heading. The tools are changing incredibly fast, but I still believe the most important things are deeply human: curiosity, empathy, creativity, judgment, and our ability to connect with one another.
And I’m optimistic. If we approach AI—and perhaps eventually AGI—with imagination, care, and a real sense of responsibility, maybe these extraordinary new tools can help humanity find solutions for the world and better lives.
