His career began at National Public Radio (NPR) in Washington, D.C. and developed through public broadcasting, documentary field production, higher education, nonprofit communications, and original intellectual property.

At Harvard Radcliffe Institute, Grazioso leads multimedia storytelling initiatives and serves as executive producer of BornCurious, the Institute's interdisciplinary podcast. His responsibilities span concept development, editorial collaboration, production strategy, creative teams, audiovisual workflows, studio development, and postproduction. He led the concept, design, implementation, and operation of Radcliffe's permanent multipurpose Rad Lab Media Studio.
